Our Robot Operator Services:

CONTINUOUS ROBOT MONITORING & ERROR HANDLING

• Monitoring of robot telemetry (video, LIDAR, GPS, sensors, etc) for anomalies.

• Handoff to Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) control during robot malfunctions.

• Integration with existing robot operations services (e.g. Freedom Robotics, InOrbit, Rocos, Formant, RavenOps) or a customer’s bespoke remote operation suite.

DATA LABELLING & LOGS ANALYSIS

• Hand-labelling of telemetry feeds to create datasets for machine learning.

• Analysis of past robot logs to triage anecdotal failures and root-cause issues for easier entry by engineers.

MANUAL TESTING

• Build Verification Testing (Smoke Testing). Manually testing nightly builds for core robot functionality.

• Pull Request Validation - Manual testing of features as part of an engineer team’s development workflow.

• Bug Reproduction & Augmentation - Reproduce existing customer bug reports, and augment with additional logs & context, creating a clear entry point for engineers.

• Negative Testing - Testing systems for robustness against failure cases.

• Bug & test reporting via standard tools such a JIRA or X-Ray, or a customer’s bespoke processes.
